How long is the minimum and maximal stay allowance? Minimumstays are six months and maximum lease terms are two years.
What are the Hook Ups available at each lot? All Lots will include 30/50amp electrical hookup, Septic inlets, and individual water lines for well water hook up. What amenities are included for the guests: Many amenities are available and more are being planned! Amenities are for everybody! We believe in community.
What Size are The lots? All lots are 40x50 feet. They equal 2000sqft each. Select lots are half of the size and allow for two tiny homes per 2000sqft.
Is maintenance upkept by the park management? Yes, management will be taking care of lawn cutting and maintenance. Lawn cutting will be weekly.
Do you allow fencing on your lots? Due to keeping our property green and clean we do not allow fencing for continued upkeep to our grass and foliage.
Is your Community dog friendly? Yes! Fury friends welcome! Although we will have breed restrictions.
Do you allow any recreational vehicles other than Tiny homes? No. Currently we are a THOW only community. We are not an RV Park.
Do you allow Golf Carts or/or 4 Wheelers? Yes. Electric Golf carts can use all access main roadways and provided golf cart trails. Restrictions for 4 wheelers or off road vehicles will be posted. Please be respectful of the community, speed limits and abide from Florida Road laws.
